LuthandoGroup is a multidisciplinary, regulated supported accommodation provider, caring for some of the most complex and high-risk individuals in the community. With a solution-focused approach, LuthandoGroup is the integrated provider of choice for Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards across England.
Luthando Accommodation Pathways offers both OFSTED and CQC-rated services at various locations across the UK. Our services are provided under the guidance of our Registered Managers and Nominated Individuals for Luthando HomeCare Ltd. We are CQC accredited for the 0-17 age group and, on special occasions, the 12-25 age group, catering to children and young adults with mental health needs or requiring personal care. Our three registered managers come from diverse backgrounds in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, and General Nursing.
We offer supported accommodation services and rehabilitation in the short, medium, and long term, using various evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on the positive behaviour support (PBS) approach to care. We believe that investing in our staff is key to providing high-quality care, so we prioritize staff training and supervision as fundamental aspects of personal and professional development. All staff are employed in line with equal opportunities guidelines and undergo rigorous recruitment checks.

All our working practices align with the person-centered positive behaviour support (PBS) approach to care, particularly effective for individuals exhibiting challenging behaviour. Positive behaviour support is an evidence-based practice that allows our team to exceed regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality care and tailored supported accommodation. Promoting dignity, human rights, and respect, PBS is a long-term approach to healthcare that recognizes the importance and respective roles of everyone involved in providing care and effective supported accommodation services. Using a technique known as ‘applied behaviour analysis’ to generate an in-depth understanding of the individual, we deliver highly effective person-centered support.
